Rental conditions:
Tourist tax: €0.80 per day per person.
The villa must be cleaned when you vacate it, and this is to be added to the rental and is payable on arrival.
T3: 40 €
T4: 50 €
Deposit: 30% on booking, the rest payable on arrival.
Security deposit: €850 paid on arrival and returned the morning you depart. For all departures before 7 am the security deposit will be returned within one week by mail.
Stay: from Saturday evening to Saturday morning
Arrival: from 5 pm
Departure: from 9 am
(Linen hire: sheets, bathroom linen)
